Cyder Bay Farm is located in beautiful eastern Wisconsin, just 35 miles south of Green Bay.
Both, David & Robin have practical animal husbandry knowledge, and Robin has a formal degree in Equine Management.
In 1995, we began a new adventure in raising miniature donkeys. With years of extensive experience in the field of Equines we were ready for something that our children could also enjoy and the “miniature donkey” was the perfect choice!
Carefully researching the breed itself, and the genetics we began to purchase our first foundation donkeys. This research is always on going, and currently being recorded in the process of trying to conserve bits of history so it is not lost with the passing of our founding breeders.
CBF is dedicated in preserving the true Sardinian heritage within the American Miniature Mediterranean Donkey breed. We have gone to great lengths to acquire donkeys carrying full pedigrees & “type” true to the Original Imported lines.
